Anna Zemánková was a Czech self-taught artist. She began creating her intricate, botanical, and extraterrestrial forms in her fifties during the early morning hours, often in a trance-like state. Her art was not a representation of the world she saw, but a harvesting of flowers from a different dimension entirely.
